Salary Negotiation E-Learning
Project Description
This video, produced for the American Association of University Women, is part of an e-learning series we produced that teaches young women entering the workforce the skills to negotiate for better pay and benefits.
AAUW has run their Work Smart & Start Smart Salary Negotiation program for years as in-person workshops. They approached us to film an online version of the course for women that could not attend an in-person workshop.
We filmed with a single camera and teleprompter at their offices in downtown DC and their trainers did a fantastic job of adapting this course to an online format.
